COMPONENT TWO : - 'STEP-BY-STEP' CORE TEACHING ON ALL ASPECTS OF BECOMING AN EXPERT IN YOUR PARTICULAR NICHE You also get 'step-by-step' training on all the steps necessary. This is my 'core' (Niche Domination) coaching course. Here are the modules, one-by-one: 1. Introduction: Let's get you in the right position and with the right frame of mind, before you even begin. 2. Product Creation: It might surprise you we have this up front. The reason we teach this, here, is a confidence thing. Those clients who master creating their own products, we find, get the best results. It's a big subject, but we look to get you up to speed as quickly as possible. 3. How To Create A Sales Letter: The corresponding skill to master (next to digital product creation) is copywriting. In some ways this is even more important. For one thing, it is your offers that are the first point of contact with you. For another, it's an entire business model in it's own right. 4. Email Marketing: This is so, so important. Master this, and you are made. You can send an email and earn an income any time you want, pretty much. In fact, it's still by far the best traffic model there is. It's vital you learn how to do this properly. (Your income will vary, dependent on the size of your list and how often you can email your subscribers). 5. How To Create A Free Offer: A specific training on creating your front-end. Many (too many) think this is not important. They think, "Since it's a free product, I don't need to bother too much." That is a fatal mistake. Imagine someone joining your email list and finding a product that is, easily, worth $97. What are they going to think? "Wow, their other products must be amazing!" They are pre-sold. So, we go into this important psychology. 6. Traffic Generation: The number one most important step! Without this, anything else is wasted. This is where you need to focus your efforts. We get you orientated and facing in the right direction to become a traffic generation master. 7. How To Scale Up Your Business: A summary call, and tips and tricks to scale up your business. You can always add revenue to your business. You know the 80:20 rule? It applies to many areas of life. It does here too...  If you focus on the 20% of activity that produces 80% of your revenue, that will help you to scale up fast.  In total 6 and a half hours of really focused training. Week Seven: How to create a squeeze page and offer; Resources you need; and 2 bonus summary modules. Week Eight: Begin driving traffic to your squeeze page (after 7 weeks you will be actually doing the most important thing)! and a bonus summary traffic training. Week Nine: Additional traffic training (for those who need to learn more methods to find the ones they need). Week Ten: How to create a coaching program; and how to structure your coaching program (This is where the money is. We teach how to do this, easily. If you can make money from a cheap product or even get people to opt-in to your list, you can create a coaching program). Trust us, we know. This is how we have made our money (by being ordinary guys who are definitely not  superman!) Week Eleven: Creating your coaching program sales letter. Ways to do this quickly. Alternative ways to sell coaching. The way to appraoch this is to start with a simple, easy to understand offer, then build from there. For example: you could take one of your core products, or package several of them, and add a coaching element. We teach you how to just get this done. Action is very important here. Once you've done it, you will see how easy it is.... as Sean says (and as he titled his book) 'Anyone Can Coach.' Week Twelve: Create a continuity program, where clients enrol and pay a monthly or weekly fee. (This and a coaching program are 2 ways to get to the big incomes). A simple way to create an continuity program which actually benefits your clients. Week Thirteen: Wrapping it all up. By now, you will have learnt the 'processes' involved in creating a very highly profitable business. From now on, it is a question of testing, tweaking, improving, adding subscribers, etc. Little steps that keep your business growing. Week Fourteen - The first lesson in the 'Advanced Traffic' section: Since you must focus on driving as much targeted traffic as possible, the course now moves up a gear to that end. This first call is a most vital one - the foundation of all traffic generation. Not to be missed. Another 16 weeks of lessons, making this an incredibly thouough and comprehensive training in itself, even without access to a real, proven coach....
