If you don't have an autoresponder yet, I recommend GetResponse as they
have a great API set-up. It's easy to do and you don't have to have
double opt-in for leads coming to your account that way
(automatically). This is really important when you are linking to JV
Zoo or Warrior+ with a paid product (you want to get all your buyer
leads).
If you don't have domain and hosting yet, I highly recommend VidaHost.
In my experience, they are simply the best! You can get their cloud
based hosting for a very small monthly charge, plus, you get a free
domain name included.
